Librams' enchanting

Libram's enchanting is applied to a leg or head item. Does not stack with other enchantments for the selected equipment slot (means it will remove the previous enchanting if any). Find or buy the Libram of your interest and collect the materials. Some of them could be purchased from AH, some are soulbound so you should get them by yourself.

When you have collected all of them visit the appropriate questgiver, Mathredis Firestar at Burning Steppes or Lorekeeper Lydros at Dire Maul. They will give you a quest which you could turn in immediately and receive the corresponding Arcanum from them into your bag. Click on Arcanum and apply its enchant to a head or leg gear and you are done.

NB! You COULD enchant other's leg or head gear, just get the Arcanum and then ask another person to open a trade window and put his/her gear into non-tradable slot. Use your Arcanum on that item and viola! - they got it. That is the way we, enchanters, enchant your stuff with traditional formulas.
